d. b. Technology LIMITED WARRANTY
Your purchase is guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the time period indicated, providing it is used in the manner and purpose for which it was originally intended. Should your remanufactured equipment from d. b. Technology become inoperative or fails due to circumstances involving a defect, d. b. Technology will repair the equipment at no charge to you. We will dispatch a service technician promptly; however, we reserve the right to speak with the system operator to gather information before such dispatch.
If parts are required, d. b. Technology will supply the parts from its own inventory first before going to outside vendors; however the supply of the part shall in no way be unreasonable as to cause significant delay in completing the repair. Any replaced parts must be returned to d. b. Technology. It is the intention of d. b. Technology to evaluate and resolve all defects as quickly as possible. d. b. Technology shall not be liable for any consequential damages or lost profits or revenues due to down time should the unit require repair or service during the warranty period. This warranty will be valid providing that the unit is used by the customer in the manner originally intended by the original manufacturer and in accordance with all and any applicable laws.
This limited warranty commences on the day following the equipment’s arrival at your facility and continues for one full year, except for X-Ray tubes, which are prorated after thirty days from commencement. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end user, or moved to an alternate location without permission of d. b. Technology.
The external housing and cosmetic parts shall be free of major defects at the time of shipment and, therefore, shall not be covered under these limited warranty terms. Any defects that appear in the housing and cosmetic parts must be noted on the shipping manifest and immediately brought to the attention of the Seller for corrective action.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOR ON REMANUFACTURED IMAGING EQUIPMENT
This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from the use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner;
Nor does it cover defect or damage from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moistness or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation when not done by seller.
THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTIES OFFERED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MARKETABILITY OR MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE. d. b. Technology SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MARKETABILITY OR MERCHANT ABILITY APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. |
