RISK MANAGEMENT
There are two kinds of risk associated with purchasing a piece of imaging equipment. One is risking too much money on a piece of new equipment when a high quality remanufactured piece of equipment would do just as well. The other is purchasing a piece of used equipment that has not been properly inspected, remanufactured, tested, and transported. It may end up showing up at your door and not working or not functioning properly. Quite simply, you cannot move equipment from site to site and expect a high success rate.
